This page explains what information is collected when you visit the L'Ours Bleu website, and how it's used. This site is primarily informational: there's no contact form or customer account — booking happens entirely with our partner MEWS.
Cookies
The site uses Google Tag Manager to manage, when needed, audience-measurement tools (like Google Analytics). These tools only activate if you consent via the banner shown at the bottom of the screen on your first visit.
If you decline, no audience-measurement cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this site, which will bring the banner back.
Bookings
Booking a room happens entirely on our partner MEWS's platform, outside this site. MEWS handles the information needed for the booking (name, contact details, payment) under its own privacy policy. L'Ours Bleu never has access to your payment details.
Information we receive directly
If you write to us at info@oursbleu.ca, we receive your email address and the content of your message, solely to reply to you. We don't keep this correspondence longer than necessary and don't share it with anyone.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or request its deletion, by writing to info@oursbleu.ca.
